I have always enjoyed being part of a team and building towards a goal. I value communication in all my relationships.
EDWARDS CPA's main goal is to foster relationships within the practice and with clients. As such, we learn from the previous year but more importantly, we can offer the most informed advice when clients are making financial, tax and compliance decisions in subsequent years.
When I am not in the office, you will find me with my hockey or ball team or enjoying all the recreational opportunities the Sea-to-Sky has to offer. I feel privileged to have lived in all three Sea-to-Sky towns for the past thirteen years.

As a busy mom and outdoor enthusiast, I can relate to clients who are juggling business, family and a healthy lifestyle. That's one of my favorite things about Squamish: people prioritize that balance. I can also relate to how complicated Accounting, Financials and Tax can be because my career did not start out in this field. What drives me is helping clients understand this side of their business better for peace of mind and confidence.
When I am not at the office, you can often find me playing outside with my kids, on the mountain bike trails or on skis.
Prior to becoming an Accountant, Leslie spent eleven years as a marketing professional in the software industry. During this time, she found that financial management was segregated from sales and marketing. This drove her to pursue her CPA for a better understanding of financial impact in decision making. Leslie worked as an Accountant for a Lower Mainland bicycle retail business before joining EDWARDS CPA when she moved to Squamish with her husband and two young boys in 2016.
Leslie has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants British Columbia since 2015.
